We run TikTok Shops for London traders.
This is the system we run them from.

One platform, three surfaces. Clients (wholesalers, cash & carry, grocers) sign up, follow their shop setup, and see orders, money and products in plain English. Autonomy staff run every shop from one console: onboarding, catalogue, orders, refunds, messages and billing. All sample data is made up.

The service at a glance

Every client moves through the same lifecycle. The tag shows whose turn it is. The client portal shows exactly this as a timeline.

Honest about TikTok

There's no API to create a shop. We collect and prepare everything; the owner does ID, bank and terms in Seller Centre themselves (guided, ~10 min), then authorises our app by OAuth.

Easy for clients

"Money in", "orders to pack", "products to check". Voice notes, WhatsApp, Dari / Urdu switch. Clients approve every listing before it goes to TikTok.

Advanced but easy for us

Needs-attention queue sorted by deadline, SLA timers, kanban pipeline, bulk actions on orders and listings, command palette.
